Overview:
Morson is recruiting on behalf of a respected organisation in Greater Manchester for a People Data & Systems Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on people analytics, systems, and process improvements within a forward-thinking People team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on People data reporting, insights, and audits

Support decision-making with dashboards and analytics (Excel, Power BI)

Improve and automate HR systems and processes

Manage data cycles such as pay reviews and benchmarking

Ensure data quality, GDPR compliance, and stakeholder alignment

Maintain HR systems and manage vendor relationships

Build key stakeholder relationships and coaching on how to read data efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

Advanced Excel skills and strong Power BI knowledge

Experience of working within a busy HR function as part of the People team

Experience with HRIS platforms

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Confident working with large datasets

Coding (Python) is a bonus or willingness to learn

Strong communicator and collaborator

This is a key role in a people-focused organisation committed to innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement
