Position: Temporary Payroller
Duration: 6-week assignment
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Location: Livingston

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro-rata)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroller to join our client's team within the Manufacturing Industry on a temporary basis for a 6-week assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 380 employees on both a monthly and weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process payroll for around 380 employees.
Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies.
Handle payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations. Requirements:

Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in using the IRIS payroll system.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
