We’re looking for a Payment Operations Data Analyst to join us in Bradford.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract with immediate start.

Our mission is to provide simple and efficient processing with controlled, high-quality service, enabling our customers to excel in their own service delivery.

The Payment Operations team are responsible for several key areas including

End-to-end processing of all financial transactions such as billing, customer payments, accounts payable & receivable, in compliance with supplier accounts, applicable legislation and internal policies Operational cash forecasting and working capital tracking Processing supplier payments & employee expenses

As part of the Sunrise Purchase to Pay (PTP) Team, the Payment Operations Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting transformation and Sunrise’s Transformation and PTP initiatives. The Data Analyst will perform master data cleanse activities and introduce maintenance protocols, support reporting automation, process improvements and implementation. Reporting into the Transformation Specialist, the role will assist the accurate and efficient execution of PTP process improvements, consistently providing high-quality results that align with the Transformation Roadmap.

What will you be doing?

Support the Transformation Specialist on projects and change strategies in alignment with the Transformation Roadmap and Sunrise PTP Initiatives Lead master data cleanse activities, maintenance protocols and all related communication Responsible for presenting recommendations to the business, identifying data to be cleansed and proposed methods Maintain accurate records and reporting on master data cleanse activities to track and present progress Support the Transformation Specialist on implementing effective ways of working and best practice such as PO compliance, supplier behavours and master data Collaborate effectively with operational teams and key stakeholders impacted Interrogate multiple systems at the same time to complete master data analysis

We tend to look for people with:

In-depth understanding of the Purchase to Pay (PTP) function and associated processes. Experience working with SAP, Ariba and other financial management tools. Experience working with complex data, preferably having experience with data cleanse activities  Resilience – organised, motivated, and adaptable in the face of changing priorities. Attention to detail – gets things right first time through effective self-review, and by critically challenging data inputs and explanations. Ability to identify process improvement opportunities Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Familiarity with integrations and data requirements between multiple systems Ability to work under pressure & meet targets without compromising on quality Interest in Automation technologies
