As Paid Social Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimisation of campaigns, bringing deep channel expertise and a data-first mindset to every decision. This role is the perfect challenge for a results-oriented marketer who thrives on innovation, understands the evolving privacy landscape, and can balance creative testing with technical rigor to deliver strong business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Oversee and manage the Paid Social program across Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok, ensuring a unified and high-performing strategy.
Lead a team of analysts to drive performance, optimise budgets, and scale campaigns efficiently.
Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring spend allocation is optimised for ROAS, LTV, and incremental revenue growth.
Develop and implement audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative testing frameworks to improve performance.
Partner with Creative teams to develop and test new ad formats, messaging strategies, and landing page experiences.

About you: We are looking for a highly data driven and experienced Paid Social Manager, someone with extensive knowledge of Paid Social ( Meta, Pinterest, Tik Tok) who has a deep understanding of data analytics and knows how to utilise this information.

Proven experience in Paid Social, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising.
Demonstrable people management experience, someone who nurtures, motivates and inspires individuals and teams.
A track record of driving growth and efficiency through large-scale Paid Social campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Strong analytical and technical skills, with expertise in SQL and Excel (advanced functions, automation, pivot tables). Any knowledge of Python, R, Looker, Tableau is a plus.
Deep understanding of bidding strategies, auction dynamics, audience targeting, and conversion rate optimization.
