This brand is scaling up with strong financial backing to propel them to the next level. We are seeking a talented and driven Paid Search & SEO Executive to take charge of the development, implementation, and optimisation of Google Ads and SEO strategies.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and content teams to ensure that all campaigns are data-driven, highly targeted, and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities In The Position of Paid Search & SEO Executive Include:
Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct in-depth keyword research and gap analysis to ensure comprehensive coverage of products and landing pages.
Drive improvements in SEO performance, focusing on increasing rankings and traffic for key product categories and markets, including leveraging free Shopping listings.
Work alongside the graphic design, brand, and wider marketing teams to ensure creative assets are high-performing and aligned with the brand's identity.
Develop and implement audience segments and retargeting strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
Use data analytics to evaluate campaign performance, derive insights, and make real-time adjustments to improve results.
Run A/B tests on ad creative, copy, and targeting to continually refine and optimise campaign effectiveness.
Keep up to date with the latest Google advertising policies, trends, and best practices.
Manage campaign budgets and report on performance, providing key stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.Requirements In The Position of Paid Search & SEO Executive:
At least 3 years in Paid Search and SEO.
A proven track record of successfully managing budgets and meeting KPIs.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, SEMrush).
Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Proven in the fashion, retail, or eCommerce industries.
