We are looking for experienced Oracle HR Data Analysts to join a business-critical Data Identity Cleanse Project. The role supports both an Identity Security implementation and a major Oracle HR transformation programme. If you thrive in data-heavy environments, love cleaning and validating large data sets, and have experience with Oracle EBS – we want to hear from you!

You will collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure key employee data (email, line manager, etc.) is accurate, validated, and aligned with compliance standards such as GDPR. Your work will be central to the success of enterprise-wide platforms across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.

This is a hybrid role: mostly remote, with 2–3 days per month onsite in Glasgow. Engagement via business incubator.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation of HR, IT, and payroll records
  • Identify inconsistencies, perform root-cause analysis, and rectify data quality issues
  • Build dashboards and reports to track progress, data quality metrics, and key insights
  • Liaise with stakeholders to align data to business requirements and compliance standards
  • Support the adoption of "data as an asset" culture across the business
  • Ensure data is GDPR compliant and adheres to internal governance standards
  • Track project progress, manage milestones and risks, and report to project leads
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and optimizations in data management


Requirements 'must have':

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst within HR/IT project environments
  • Hands-on experience working with Oracle EBS HR systems
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and business process understanding
  • Excellent communication skills – able to present technical insights to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to build project plans, manage timelines, risks, and contingencies
  • Collaborative approach – experience working cross-functionally across HR, IT, and Finance
