Building on our London Studio's success, we're now launching NAMMA in New York! This position is based in Great Portland Street in our UK Studio.
We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence and Data Lead to join NAAMA Studios. As a key member of our senior team, you will collaborate closely with finance, operations, sales, and the studio team to drive business growth and strategic decision-making. This role offers significant scope for progression as we expand into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BI efforts across all business areas, developing actionable insights to optimise acquisition, operations, and technology.
- Oversee the end-to-end data pipeline, ensuring data integrity and quality in all stages of ETL processes.
- Create dynamic reports and dashboards using Google Suite, SQL, Python, and BI tools to inform senior management decisions.
- Manage integrations between key platforms (Zenoti, Xero) and ensure seamless data flow across teams.
- Work on complex business challenges in a fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to contribute to larger strategic projects.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 8 years in data engineering/BI roles, ideally within a retail, eCommerce, or commercial business with studio operations.
- Strong experience with Zenoti, Google Suite, SQL, and Big Query, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimise ETL processes.
- Proven track record of success in high-paced environments, driving business results through data-driven insights.
- Background in tier 1 consultancy or similar experience in scaling start-ups preferred.
