Purposeof the job

Working within theTechnical Delivery Team you will be responsible for data collectionvalidation and loading of the core business data for TravelExperiences. You will be the quality gate that ensures accuratedata is loaded into our Billing and Reporting databases whichreconciles back to a combination of source systems and Excel datasets. You will be required to understand our business and thecomplexity behind our data and systems and have the ability toimprove existing processes that are in place.

Akey responsibility will be to support the monthly Billing processesworking alongside the Operations and Finance teams to ensurebilling data is collected prepared and loaded and then check thatit reconciles against the varying sources. As well as supportingthe existing SQL Server data solutions the Business knowledge yougain will support the design and development of a new data platformthat will enhance the reporting and analytic capabilities of thebusiness. You will be skilled in using the Microsoft BI stack andbe comfortable with SQL SSRS and Excel.

KeyResponsibilities

Work alongsidestakeholders to develop and roll out business critical reportingfunctions

Maintain data quality in operationaldatabases

Follow established change controlprocesses to ensure integrity of code

Translatebusiness needs into technical requirements

Generate and deliver quality reports to SLA

Conduct quality assurance checks on alldeliverables

Perform regular reviews ofoperational tasks and suggest automation whereverpossible

Acquire expert knowledge of Operationalsystems and processes

Provide bespoke andregular insight/reports to Operations Commercial and Finance teamsthrough analysis of data

Contribute to theoverall programme of business change

Create andmaintaindocumentation

Knowledgeskills and experience required

Strong data analysis and data profiling skills with key emphasis ondata quality

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Good understanding of relationaldatabases and the ability to query data

PreviousBilling or Operational experience in an analytical or reportingrole

Excellent knowledge of BITechnologies:

o Alteryx development and Galleryjob execution essential

o Snaplogicdesirable

o Tableau desirable

Experience of:

o Microsoft SQLserver

o SQL Server Reporting Services(SSRS)

o SQL Server Integration Services(SSIS)

Experience with Microsoft Access DBdesirable
