As a Senior ResearchEngineer/ Machine Learning, you will be responsible for helping tolead the development of our trading model research framework andits integration with our platform for deploying/running thosemodels in production. You'll be responsible for expanding thecurrent (limited) scope of the framework and platform to become theglobal standard way of training, consuming, combining, andtransforming any data source in a data-driven systematic way. Whatyou will do - Lead the development and global rollout of ourresearch framework for defining and training models through variousoptimization procedures (supervised learning, backtesting etc.), aswell as its integration with our platform for deploying and runningthose models in production - Develop tools/frameworks for use byour Quantitative Researchers and Traders to test hypotheses andtune/develop data-driven systematic trading strategies - Work withthe business to refine requirements, collect feedback, and iterateon design and implementation of research tools What you need tosucceed - Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field -5+ years of hands-on experience in MLOps and Research Engineering -Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, withexperience in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing end-to-endmachine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, modeltraining, deployment, and monitoring - Prior commercial experiencein designing and implementing systematic trading systems -Experience in developing and deploying RESTful APIs andmicroservices for model serving - Familiarity with Big Datatechnologies such as Hadoop and Spark - Experience with datavisualization and reporting tools - Familiarity with databases andquery languages for data extraction and transformation -Understanding of and experience with modern software developmentpractices and tools (e.g. Agile, version control, automatedtesting, CI/CD, observability) - Solid understanding of cloudplatforms (e. g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerizationtechnologies (e. g., Docker, Kubernetes)
