Night Tracking Administration Coordinator

Location: Ravensbank Business Park
Hours: 44 hours per week (Friday – Monday, 19:00 – 07:00)
Salary: £31,460 inclusive of shift allowance

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organised and focused individual to join our Client as a Night Tracking Administration Coordinator. This role involves tracking the movement of goods, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers, and maintaining system data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load orders onto the system and track shipments (road and air).
  
  
• Liaise with customs for documentation and negotiate rates with carriers.
  
  
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to keep everyone updated.
  
  
• Ensure drivers have correct paperwork for EU shipments.
  
  
• Maintain accurate system data and ensure jobs are completed and checked before invoicing.
  
  Requirements:
  
  
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
  
  
• Ability to remain focused under pressure.
  
  
• Experience in transport/logistics is preferred.
  
  
• Good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to handle stressful situations.
  
  
• Computer literacy, including MS Office.
  
  Additional Information:
  
  
• Initial training during day hours for 6-8 weeks.
  
  
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
