Main duties of the job

Lead a close-knit team to assist our practices to achieve key performance indicators and targets. Produce monitoring spreadsheets to enable area and practice managers to monitor practice positions. Monitor and enhance performance, quality, and assurance across our practices. Manage performance across multiple practices, including analysing Quality Standards, Internal KPIs, QOF, and Enhanced Services. Identify areas for improvement through thorough data analysis. Coordinate and oversee claims processes related to core contracts, Quality Standards, and enhanced services. Present data effectively and analytically in an easy-to-read format.

Job description

SSP Health, one of the largest providers of Primary Care Services, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Data Quality Facilitator to join our dynamic Data team.

With over 40 practices all rated good or outstanding by the CQC, SSP Health are a forward-thinking employer offering ample opportunities for growth and development.

We are looking for an individual who has previous experience within the NHS (using EMIS or SystmOne) to join our Data team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and will be able to present data in an easily digestible format for both practice staff and upper management. Providing us with the tools to perform more in-depth analysis when necessary.

In this position, you will play a key role in promoting a culture of teamwork and innovation within the data team, encouraging innovative approaches to data management and analysis. Your leadership will help streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and ultimately enhance patient care across our practices.

Essential Criteria

Experience working with the EMIS clinical system.Good knowledge of Excel Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Preferred Criteria

Proactive individual with the ability to lead a dedicated team Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data. Previous experience in an NHS Data role within a complex organization. Experience working with the SystmOne clinical system. Previous experience managing other team members.
