Mid-Level Analytics Engineer – Perm – Hybrid role at Infused Solutions. Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in office). Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 per annum. Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time. Work authorisation: UK-resident candidates with eligible working status; sponsorship is not available.

Role Summary

We’re a fast-growing, product-focused e-commerce business investing heavily in data to power smarter decisions across the company. We’re looking for a Mid-Level Analytics Engineer to support our data platform and contribute to our evolving analytics capabilities. You will work closely with senior engineers and stakeholders, supporting data pipeline development and helping improve data accessibility.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines using dbt and Snowflake, ensuring they are scalable and efficient.
  • Collaborate with analytics engineers and stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to support data needs.
  • Contribute to BI tool adoption and data governance processes to enable confident data self-service.
  • Support monitoring, testing, and validation efforts to maintain data quality and reliability.
  • Work with cloud infrastructure services, mainly AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda), and use Python scripting for automation where needed.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve data processes, scalability, and usability.
What You Bring
  • 2-4 years experience in analytics or data engineering, ideally within e-commerce or digital product environments.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, with some exposure to Snowflake and dbt.
  • Comfortable with Python scripting for automation and data workflows.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services or other modern cloud platforms.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Some experience or willingness to work with BI tools such as ThoughtSpot, Looker, or Tableau.
  • A process-driven approach valuing documentation, scalable solutions, and engineering best practices.
