We’re looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Trainer to join our Shared Service Centre in Bradford.

A key part of this is our partnership with Microsoft. We been working with Microsoft to build a Citizen Developer program that puts lo-code solutions in the hands of those that know the business problems most; Accountants, HR professionals and Lawyers.

This role is about leading this partnership; delivering coaching and training throughout Liberty Global. Our objective is to digitalise Finance across the business, creating more automated efficiency & insight driven decision making. If you want to learn modern Finance, you’ll want to work in Finance in the LG family.

This role sits in a small but well-formed Tech Solutions team, reporting into our Tech Solution VP. You’ll also have the support of the wider Technology Solutions function: teams of MI Specialists, Analysts, Automation Specialists and Data Engineers.

What will you be doing?

• 
  
• Development and implementation of Power Platform training, often bespoke to Finance. You need to be a natural at presenting and training.
  
• Create the Liberty Global playbook for Modern Finance, leveraging the community in Liberty Shared Services (LSS), LG central and OpCos. Looking at usage, sharing best practice, and creating a community across three time zones from Payroll to Legal.
  

We tend to look for people with:

• 
  
• Solid experience as a SaaS trainer
  
• Solid understanding and expertise in PowerBI and Power Automate.
  
• Be an avid community champion for Power Platform, to drive further adoption and help build and support an active knowledge community.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver effective coaching, training, and communications to individuals and groups.
  
• Knowledge of communication strategies and standard methodologies to facilitate intra-company communication, team collaboration, and virtual meetings.
  
• Ability to analyse training needs and communication gaps and create customised training and communication plans based on organisational goals and individual needs.
  
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to new learners and more experiences users, and to adjust coaching and communication strategies as needed.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues related toMicrosoft Power Platform tools.
