83zero is working with a leading IT consultancy who are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Consultant to join their dynamic Projects team. As the Microsoft Consultant, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for deploying, implementing, and managing SharePoint Online, Hub Sites, Business Central, and Power Platform technologies.

You will work closely with clients to ensure their digital environments are optimised for productivity, security, and collaboration. This role requires a methodical approach, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Your responsibilities will include…

Conduct client-facing workshops for SharePoint Online & Hub Sites to assist with solution deployment.
Utilize ShareGate Migration Tool for implementing SharePoint Online migrations.
Perform PowerShell scripting for SharePoint Online implementation and migrations.
Conduct client-facing workshops for Power Platform applications.
Develop and manage Data Loss Prevention policies and Data Life Cycle processes.
Provide technical pre-sales support to Sales & Account Management teams on new business opportunities.

What you've got…

Strong knowledge and experience in managing SharePoint Online migrations.
Experience delivering data transformation strategies involving Data Archiving, Data Loss Prevention, and Data Life Cycle processes.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Keen problem-solving skills (analytical and creative).
Experience working within an Agile team environment.
Ability to quickly acquire new skills and manage multiple workloads efficiently.
Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

Qualifications:

A degree in computing or a related field.
Desired Microsoft Certifications: MB-800 Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate, MB-820 Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, with preference given to candidates with UK MSP experience.
Preference for candidates with a Solutions Architect background specialising in Dynamics and Business Application Transformation services.
