Role Overview:

We are seeking a Microsoft AI SME (Senior Consultant level) to lead the technical implementation of Microsoft AI solutions in client projects and drive internal R&D initiatives to enhance our AI solutions offerings. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft AI technologies, a strong understanding of enterprise AI adoption, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using Microsoft AI technologies such as Azure OpenAI, LLMs & SLMs, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Azure AI Document Intelligence, with additional experience in Fabric, PowerBI, DataBricks, and LangChain.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their architecture and integration needs, leading alignment and architecture revisions of AI-powered solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on implementation management for AI-driven projects.
  • Integrate AI models with enterprise applications while ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft AI advancements and emerging industry trends to enhance solutions and offerings.
  • Prototype and develop new AI capabilities, frameworks, and accelerators to improve consulting and services portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive AI innovation and conduct proof-of-concept projects to validate AI use cases before scaling them into enterprise solutions.

About the candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, or Data Science, with expertise in Microsoft AI technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, LLMs, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Synapse, Fabric, and Power Platform AI capabilities.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or other relevant languages for AI model development.
  • Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments with a focus on security, scalability, and MLOps.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise AI architecture, data governance, and integration patterns.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Microsoft AI certifications (such as Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.
