£40,000 to £46,000 per annum plus Civil Service Pension

We are looking for a Member Performance Analyst to join our Performance Improvement team and be responsible for providing analysis against the performance frameworks (KPIs, goals, user needs and benefits) and supporting changes to the framework and wider appetites.
This role will be putting our members at the heart of everything it does, by collaborating with various teams across the organisation to create data reports, provide and maintain dashboards and conduct forecasting including trend analysis. The role will utilise multiple data sources to draw clear and relevant conclusions and recommendations that will support our wider business objectives, enabling effective decision-making and will influence strategic thinking to enhance the member experience while supporting an efficient operating environment.
Our ideal applicant will have demonstrable experience in the delivery of business intelligence, data and statistical analysis and reporting. They will have experience of working with data visualisation tools (such as Power BI and Tableau) and strong SQL abilities including query build and using SQL Server Management Studio or equivalent. Applications must be able to demonstrate a track record of generating insights from large data sets and presenting them to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
