The Chief Business Office is looking for a Project Manager & Data Analytics VP who will focus on execution of strategic and global cross-Markets projects, finding innovative solutions to increase business profitability. The focus of the role is specifically collaborating with markets products and clusters to reduce transaction expense costs. In addition, the ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing weekly expense reviews and for finding innovative ways to improve the expense review process.
The successful candidate will lead implementation of Markets global strategic projects, perform advanced data analytics to identify opportunities, engage in negotiations with third-parties, and present to Markets senior management.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our Markets business, working closely with senior management, trading teams, business managers, and leveraging their analytical and negotiation skills to drive business growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with different asset classes to identify and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and performance
Provide data transparency to business stakeholders
Manage current Expense Management Workflows and find ways to improve current processes
Drive continuous improvement in our Markets business by identifying opportunities and implementing P&L improvement efficiency initiatives.
Negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Compile and present complex information in a clear and concise manner to senior Markets management.
Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret industry trends.
Leverage technical skills with advanced Excel to manipulate and analyze data.

Knowledge, skills, and experience required:
Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to compile and present complex information to senior audiences.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency Excel, PowerPoint. Understanding of Power BI & Python is a plus.
Understanding of how to implement workflow tools such as Appian
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
