Marketing Manager
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm | Friday: 8:00am–1:30pm
A forward-thinking company is seeking a commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead its marketing function and drive strategic growth. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for a self-starter who thrives on shaping impactful campaigns, managing teams, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan in line with business objectives.

  • Lead and manage all day-to-day marketing operations, campaigns, and project execution.

  • Define and report on marketing KPIs, ensuring continuous performance analysis and ROI tracking.

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective spend and resource allocation.

  • Create and implement integrated multi-channel campaigns, combining digital and offline strategies.

  • Oversee content creation across platforms – email, web, video, social media, blogs, and lead magnets.

  • Manage SEO and ensure optimal website health, performance, and content accuracy.

  • Take ownership of brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

  • Lead the CRM strategy – managing data quality, marketing automation, segmentation, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with sales and senior leadership to align marketing activity with business growth priorities.

  • Select and oversee external marketing partners, agencies, and creative suppliers as needed.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.

What You’ll Bring


  • Degree in marketing, business, or a related field; professional marketing qualifications preferred.

  • Proven experience leading and delivering successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Strong digital marketing expertise including CRM, SEO, and analytics.

  • Demonstrated success managing teams, budgets, and agency relationships.

  • Ability to translate insights into clear marketing actions and drive campaign improvements.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with internal teams.

Desirable


  • Experience in industrial or marine-related sectors.

  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for content, research, or marketing automation.

What’s on Offer


  • Salary: £50,000 per year

  • Bonus: Up to £5,000 performance-related (non-contractual, after 6-month probation)

  • Holiday: 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays

  • Pension: Company-contributed

  • Other Benefits: Free on-site parking, early finish Fridays

  • Ownership Model: Participation in the Employee Ownership Trust after qualifying period
