Are you a passionate Marketing Manager who is truly focused on strategic planning and someone that is instrumental in driving growth? I am working exclusively with my client an SME manufacturing business, with a reputation for quality and commitment to continuous improvement, they have cultivated a work environment that nurtures talent and rewards innovation.
The primary responsibility of the role is to drive/support the clients sales approach and optimise the account management processes. This position combines working with the sales/AM team with oversight and management responsibility for CRM processes and systems and supporting marketing tools (Website, Social Media, etc )
Main duties and responsibilities
Sales Support

  • Monitor sales team productivity and performance metrics, providing regular insights to senior management on sales pipeline and account management activity
  • Build and monitor customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
    CRM Management
  • Champion the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of our CRM system to support sales efforts and enhance customer engagement and account management. Provide Super User support to business to enable full use of system
  • Analyse CRM data to provide actionable insights for decision-making and process improvement
  • Ensure data quality and integrity within the CRM system, maintaining high standards for customer information.
  • Lead CRM-related projects upgrades and integrations
    Website/Social Media/Marketing Support
  • Manage and maintain the social media presence of the business
  • Maintain and update Website Content, to optimise SEO and Enquiry Pipeline
  • Facilitate Sales promotional events and marketing campaigns to drive new customer on- boarding
    Operational Excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including production, quality and engineering) to align sales operations with overall business goals
  • Ensure the accurate processing of sales orders and related documentation
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
    Training and Development
  • Design and deliver training programs on CRM usage, sales techniques, and best practices
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales function
    Reporting and Analytics
  • Create insightful reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators for both sales and CRM effectiveness. Enabling accurate monthly reporting on Sales KPI’s
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to forecast sales, manage budgets, and optimize sales processes
  • Ad hoc office activities when necessary

  • Ability to work to deadlines
    Skills
  • Proven experience in sales support and CRM system administration, preferably in a B2B environment, working as part of a team with Field based Sales and Account Managers
  • My client is looking for a candidate that has product experience within a Manufacturing business ideally SME
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics) and their strategic implementation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at building relationships at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced data analysis tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives Advanced experience in Business Administration, IT, Marketing and Social Media Platforms, with capabilities to manage a Website using the latest IT tools.
    The role is offered on a Hybrid basis with great flexibility for the right candidate
