We’re looking for a Freelance Marketing Data & Analytics Specialist to support a fast-growing digital agency on a flexible, part-time basis. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for an experienced freelancer who thrives on solving data challenges, building clean dashboards, and enabling marketing teams with actionable insights.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own and manage ETL processes using tools like Funnel, Google BigQuery, Ads Managers (Meta, TikTok, Google), Google/Adobe Analytics, and Looker Studio.
  • Monitor and resolve data pipeline or reporting issues to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards in Looker Studio tailored for marketing and leadership insights.
  • Apply statistical modelling and testing methodologies to assess and validate campaign performance.
  • Streamline workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, or Pipedream to drive efficiency across marketing operations.


About you:


  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g., marketing analytics, data engineering).
  • Deep hands-on experience with Google BigQuery, Looker Studio, Funnel, and analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to integrate data from multiple advertising and analytics platforms.
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing, performance modelling, and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Pipedream, or n8n.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.


Commitment


  • 1.5 to 3 days per month, with flexible scheduling and day rate.
