Looking for a proactive, technically skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join a well-loved London cultural destination on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how data and CRM are used across marketing, membership, and visitor engagement. This role is offered on 15hrs per week, 10am-4pm, with 1 day in the office. The salary is £35,000-£40,000 FTE.

THE ROLE

You’ll Be The Go-to Data Expert, Translating Customer And Campaign Data Into Actionable Insights That Drive Smarter Segmentation, Improved Reporting, And More Effective Marketing Campaigns. Expect To Work On

  • Building campaign selections and predictive models
  • Developing and automating reporting tools to support marketing and membership teams.
  • Exploring the database to uncover opportunities for improved targeting and engagement.
  • Supporting the CRM strategy

This is a hands-on role where you’ll need to work independently, but you’ll also collaborate closely with marketing, digital, and membership colleagues.

YOU

  • Strong data/CRM background (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Confident with programming languages and building tools to reduce manual reporting.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to translate complex data into plain English.
  • A real team player who enjoys collaborating across departments.
  • Passion for the cultural/heritage sector is a bonus, but not essential.
