Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Location: White city, London

Contract: 8 Months / Hybrid

Rates: £21.77 per hour

Job Description

SRG are looking for a marketing assistant to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in London. This role will sit within the ASCVD team, you will provide valuable support to the TA Head, Marketing Director, Brand Lead/Managers, and PRMs. Your responsibilities will include offering enhanced marketing system and administrative support to team members, as well as providing analytical and operational assistance. As an Associate, you will also play a crucial role in conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis on data, thereby facilitating informed decision-making processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

General administrative support
Support the Brand Managers in preparation of promotional materials
Support the PRMs with their National Thought Leader Program and their Meeting Program
End-to-end responsibility of data and issue of monthly operational reports tracking and managing various operational excellence drivers
Supports optimization of current processes and/or introduction of new or modified processes to enhance operational excellence and performance of brands
Ensure the full implementation of the SOPs

Experience and Qualifications

Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry in a similar role
Market and customer intelligence
Market knowledge and proficient data system network knowledge is desirable.
Patient/client driven with excellent communication skills
