The Role

Capco is seeking a visionary Data Analytics Lead at Managing Principal level to spearhead the strategy and growth of our award-winning Data Practice. You’ll lead a team of multidisciplinary practitioners delivering high-impact analytics, AI, and data science projects across the Financial Services sector. This leadership role combines business development, client engagement, capability growth, and proposition innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape and drive the growth of Capco’s UK Data Practice, contributing to global data initiatives
  • Identify and develop business opportunities, proposals, and data propositions for new and existing clients
  • Lead client relationships, guide data strategy discussions, and represent Capco at industry forums
  • Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
  • Support delivery of complex, innovative data projects that deliver commercial and customer-focused outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, ideally at a senior management or director level
  • Track record of building client relationships and securing data-related business opportunities
  • Expertise across data domains: data strategy, data governance, data privacy, and analytics delivery
  • Strong understanding of data science, AI, MLOps, BI tools, ethics in AI, and analytics operating models
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale data transformation initiatives within Financial Services

  • Experience managing teams in multi-client environments with a focus on collaboration and delivery
  • Strong background in programme execution, change management, and stakeholder alignment
  • Familiarity with industry-recognised frameworks and tools across AI and data management
