We're recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in Darlington, seeking a talented individual to join their finance team on a maternity cover contract until March 2026.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, offering hybrid working, a competitive salary, and the chance to

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct sales and margin analysis (volume, price, mix) against budget and forecast
Deliver insightful reporting using Business Intelligence (BI)/Data Warehouse tools
Manage warranty and rebate calculations and analysis
Perform overhead cost analysis, including accruals and provisions
Complete sales company group reporting packages with variance analysis
Prepare monthly management accounts and divisional review presentations
Lead monthly P&L forecasting and contribute to strategic financial planning
Support the annual budgeting process and reporting deliverablesâś… About You:

Finalist or fully qualified accountant (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
Strong background in business partnering and financial analysis
Proficient in financial systems and BI tools
Available to start immediately or at short noticeđź’Ľ What's on Offer:
