As our Lead QA Data Engineer, youll sit at the heart of our data ecosystem - defining how data quality, testing, and assurance are designed into pipelines from day one. This is a senior, influential role, responsible for safeguarding the accuracy, reliability, and credibility of the data that underpins reporting, analytics, and decision-making across the business.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll lead the strategy and implementation of data quality engineering across our data platforms, moving us beyond reactive checks towards automated, scalable, and proactive quality assurance.

Working closely with Data Engineers, Architects, Analysts, and Product teams, youll define standards, frameworks, and best practices while also remaining hands-on where it matters most. Youll champion quality by design, ensuring data is reliable, governed, and production-ready before it reaches consumers.
