They are looking for a Lead MLE to workend to end, building and deploying models.ROLE:Your day-to-dayresponsibilities will include:Building, deploying andproductionising segmentation, churn, and recommender system-basedprojects, alongside deep learning and neural networks to supportcore internal projectsPart of a team of 7 reporting to the Head ofData ScienceChance to upskill and mentor juniors whilst remainingfully hands-onFocusing on end-to-end data pipelines, for training,evaluating and deploying ML modelsWorking closely with DataScientists on client partners, advising on best practice ML andMLOps infrastructureDriving best practices in a fast-pacedenvironment, within a well-established companyREQUIREMENTS:MSc orPhD level education in STEM subjects.Strong experience in buildingand deploying ML modelsPreference for experience in customermodelling but not requiredCandidates should be looking to work in afast paced startup feel environmentTech across: Python, SQL, AWS,Databricks, PySpark, AB Testing, MLFlow, APIsIf this role looks ofinterest, please reach out to Joseph Gregory.
