What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of leadership experience in data engineering or analytics.
• Strong background in cloud-based data technologies (AWS, Databricks, etc.).
• Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing data teams.
• Deep expertise in building ETL pipelines and optimising large-scale data systems (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
• A collaborative leader who thrives on innovation and driving impactful change.
