Expleo is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join our client's Creative Business Planning and Transformation Team in Gaydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a prestigious automotive brand, supporting data excellence and compliance across a dynamic and innovative Creative organisation.

You'll play a key role in designing, analysing, and maintaining diverse data systems, using cutting-edge tools like PowerApps, Tableau, and Power Automate to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data input methods, automation processes, and visualisation tools across the Creative organisation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement PowerApps and other tools for efficient data capture and management.
  • Create engaging and insightful data visualisations using Tableau and other platforms.
  • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and validate assumptions.
  • Monitor and enhance data quality and consistency across the Creative chapter.
  • Present findings and reports to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions using modern tools and techniques.

    What We're Looking For
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Proven experience with Tableau Prep, Tableau, and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint Lists, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
