Junior Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Data Analyst to support our field operations and executive reporting needs. This role involves building and maintaining data dashboards, streamlining reporting processes, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate, and will collaborate closely with the Data Architect to ensure alignment with data governance standards.

Overview

Support field operations and executive reporting by building dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and delivering timely insights in collaboration with the Data Architect.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track field team activities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting tools.
  • Apply data modelling techniques and use DAX to deliver advanced calculations and dynamic insights.
  • Create and maintain PowerApps forms and applications for field data collection, aligning tools with architectural guidelines and standards.
  • Manage field team timesheets and generate/deliver timesheet reports for executives; ensure timely completion.
  • Develop customized dashboards and reports linked to multiple data sources; collaborate with the Data Architect to design robust data models.
  • Build Power Automate flows to streamline reporting and internal processes.
  • Manage support tickets related to data tools; troubleshoot issues and escalate where needed.
  • Respond to on-demand data requests from internal stakeholders; ensure analyses are reviewed before integration into systems.
  • Share best practices and insights with the team to foster continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or SQL.
  • Experience working in a field operations or service-oriented environment.
  • Understanding of data governance and architectural standards.
  • Exposure to low code platforms.
