Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, cleanse, cut, and analyse product, commercial, and public data to identify product gaps, data gaps, and commercial opportunities
  • Develop and iterate on a proprietary Excel model used to analyse products
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Find automated or efficient workarounds to reduce manual effort
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to Head of Sales Enablement and other stakeholders through dashboards and reports
  • Document assumptions, acknowledge limitations, and track takeaways from analyses and internal discussions

What we need from you

- We are looking for 2-5 years of experience as a data analyst with experience analysing business data, or in a comparable role such as a financial analyst
- Comfortable working with large data sets, ideally in Retail/eCommerce industry
- Experience building complex financial or data models in Excel
- Expertise in Excel including the use of hotkeys, shortcuts, and complex functions. 

- Expertise in Google Sheets preferred but not required.
- Scripting and experience in other programs such as SQL is a plus, but not required
- Extreme attention to detail and sense of ownership, with ability to handle a large amount of responsibility quickly and independently.
- Interest in analysing food, supplement, cosmetic, and tech data, with a willingness to learn the details of product regulations in each industry
- Project management experience and organisation skills
