This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong leadership abilities to manage product lifecycles and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This is your chance to work in London while driving impactful data solutions!

For this specific role we are looking for someone who already has experience on Data Projects (Reporting, Analytics, Data Models). While we do not expect technical depth on this topic, we are looking for someone who can support the team on setting up the right product and discovery methodology to tackle data challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Translate business and technical needs into clear product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and data schemas;
  • Prioritize data features and deliverables based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment;
  • Define and enforce data quality standards (accuracy, completeness, timeliness) for published data sets;
  • Collaborate with engineering and governance teams on lineage, metadata, access controls, and compliance (e.g., GDPR);
  • Develop and maintain a data-product roadmap with versioning, documentation, and API endpoints;
  • Craft external documentation such as data dictionaries, schema definitions, sample queries, and usage guides;
  • Define and track adoption metrics (API calls, downloads, user feedback);
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies to align teams on data-product goals;
  • Mentor junior product team members on data-centric product management best practices;
  • Analyze usage data and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities;
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging tools in data publishing and APIs.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Demonstrable success in leading the definition, creation, and launch of digital products.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple teams simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of product, design, strategy, and research best practices.
  • Experience working within Agile software development methodologies.
  • Skilled at providing clear, detailed, and accurate specifications for teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels to build consensus around product decisions.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Expertise in using data and user research to build evidence for decisions.
