Continue reading!We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to join the Enterprise Architecture team to support the UK and Ireland division.As an Enterprise Architect you will be responsible for guiding the development of application and data architectures. You will assist in application and data strategy and roadmaps for the digitalization of our organization. You will be the point of contact at the strategic and tactical level in relation to the application and data architectures.Your missionYou will be working closely together with the other enterprise architects, software asset managers, IT business partners, application and data managers, as well as the other pillars of the IT organization. You seek to maximize the use of a digital world and bring new technologies to IT and the business. Furthermore, you create an environment for continuous improvement of applications and data architectures for the UK/I Division. You will report to the Manager IT Enterprise Architecture.To be effective in this role, you build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at management and director level. You will assist in identifying and further developing potential synergies on application and data level. This is because an objective for the enterprise architecture team is to contribute to the modernization, rationalization and standardization of the application portfolios and data structures. You will also assist Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM) to support this objective.International travel can be required.Key requirements for this role:Stakeholder Management:• Building interpersonal relations with key business stakeholders, and representatives of the IT pillars.• Communicate EA strategy, architectures, EA principles and roadmaps at a strategic and tactical level.• Support the creation of architecture deliverables.• Support the implementation of the application and data strategy• You work closely with Digital Project Solutions representatives to ensuring security and architectural principles are adhered to and to standardize and rationalize applications and data in our primary business processesEnterprise architecture Management:• Support the demand process, and PPM by providing actual insight into application and data architectures.• Support business management to develop strategic roadmaps by providing actual insight into BAM’s capabilities, business functions, applications, and data.• Support the delivery of solutions by providing insight in guiding principles, standards and target application and data architectures.• Maintain the Enterprise Architecture repository and produce reports that business and IT use to gain actual insight into applications and data.Business Application and Data Management:• Support the APM and data management processes by providing insight in applications and data, technology developments, guiding principles, implementation steps and roadmaps.• Promote new technologies that enable business opportunities or reduces risks for BAM• Promote the benefits of Enterprise Architecture to the business and ITWho are we looking for? * We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, proactive, and ambitious Enterprise Architect. * You will have at least 5 years’ experience as an Enterprise Architect in a large corporation. * You know how to operate as an enterprise architect in an Agile environment in an evolving organization that is undertaking significant digital transformation. * You have proved yourself in digitalizing processes and commitment to innovative technology for new business propositions. * You are analytically strong and able to translate business strategy into Enterprise Architectures and roadmaps. * You can guide solution implementation.
