We require candidates with the below experience with Carbon and Sustainability projects.

Carbon experienced candidates required:

Working on the Carbon programme - reducing emissions
They are focused on reducing Carbon on the ground and in the air
Carbon/Sustainability/Net Zero
Need to be the level of Senior Project Manager with an IT system background
Governance/Reporting/Supplier Management
Capturing Carbon data
Net Zero reduction
Commissioning of EV charging, carbon monitoring, carbon capture systems etc.
Ideally will have worked on similar projects within the Sustainability/Carbon space
Manufacturing sector, energy sector would work for example as they will have had similar projectsCarbon Data experienced candidates required:

Delivery Lead - Carbon reduction - Data focused
Anyone who has got Data experience
Data in Sustainability/Carbon reduction would be absolutely perfect

Data Quality
Business Analyst/Data Analyst who has previously worked on Data projects that want to move into PM role would fit
API/Data integrationOracle experienced candidates required:

Oracle ERP
ERP experience
1 or more ERP implementation, adding functionality and after care experience would be greatRole Purpose

Responsible for leading supply chain partners in delivering against business strategies, outcomes, and benefits, within allocated annual budget, within agreed deadlines and quality standards. This role is specifically for carbon & sustainability projects.

Principal Accountabilities

Leadership and co-ordination of suppliers
Ensure IT capability required to enable companies to achieve business priorities, is successfully delivered by our supply chain partners
Review and agree with the project delivery plan to support delivery of all aspects required to realize the defined business outcome, including all client activities such as business change
Leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration is a significant aspect of the role.
Ensure smooth and efficient transition after completion into business-as-usual support
Create and maintain a safe working environment and care for the wellbeing of others
Project sponsor and stakeholder engagement
Working with key partners to understand and define business needs and delivering benefits and outcomes to the business
Lead scope on the project and ensure scope changes follow the defined approval process
Investment governance, portfolio planning and orchestration of delivery
Support the creation of the business case ensuring business benefits and critical success factors are clearly identified
Assist the business in creating strategy and determine portfolio of projects to deliver the strategy
Visibility of dependencies and opportunities across projects, mitigate risks and remove blockers
Ensure risks to the successful delivery of the business outcomes have been identified and mitigation plans are in place.
Regulatory compliance and performance - engagement with airline customers
Plan and establish appropriate project governance including presenting at the appropriate investment decision making forumsCompliance and security:

Ensuring projects comply with data protection regulations and security protocols.Commercial management

Engage and contract the appropriate supplier to carry out the work required to plan and cost the technology delivery
Ensure all supplier work is contracted through the appropriate contract mechanisms and adhere to procurement processes and standardsProject reporting

Ensure the supply chain provides accurate and timely reporting of project progress by compiling management information on landmark delivery, risk and issues and financials to support assurance and decision making by the governance forumsQualifications and Experience

Essential

Proven background in Project/ Programme Management in the area of sustainability data/ carbon data/ circular services and responsibility for Planning, Management and Governance of the overall data projects roadmap.
Previous experience of leading the delivery of a portfolio of multiple projects of multi-million-pound value using agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
Validated experience of delivering projects in a highly complex and fast-paced environment
Validated experience of working in an outsourced model either as a client or supplier
Accountability for all aspects of project delivery including financial management and commercial negotiation
Communication and influencing; the ability to influence and lead competing partner expectations, proven verbal and written communication and influencing skillsJudgment: able to analyse information and make decisions in ambiguous or difficult situations

Motivation: able to self-motivate, motivate colleagues and partners and align them to achieve programme goals

Accountable: conscientious, takes accountability for project outcomes and leads by example

Resilience: able to cope with conflicting challenges and seek appropriate support or framework. Be comfortable at challenging the norms constructively

Desirable

Experience in project management processes i.e. risk management, change control, quality management, test management, etc.
Experience of successful engagement with senior and challenging internal and external partners
Experience of working either in sustainability, carbon, net zero, circular services etc. preferably in a regulated industry sector.
Experience of big data, cloud and automation projects
Experience or exposure of working in matrix environment
