About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Business Intelligence to join a dynamic and fast-paced FMCG business on an interim basis. This is a high-impact role where you will drive the company's data strategy and enable data-led decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partner key business stakeholders
Lead the design and implementation of the company's data strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the development of advanced analytics capabilities to improve operational efficiency, customer insights, and product performance.
Manage a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure data governance policies are in place and adhered to, maintaining the integrity and security of all data assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven growth and operational excellence.
Report directly to the C-suite, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations based on data.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a senior business intelligence and data and analytics leadership role, ideally within the FMCG sector.
Strong expertise in data strategy, analytics, and governance, with a track record of delivering business impact.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
Proficiency in advanced analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python, R).
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
