The Role
You’ll drive trading performance, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic partnerships. This is a key role in a high-growth environment, balancing commercial insight with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Trading Performance: Analyse trends, identify growth opportunities, and work cross-functionally to drive financial performance.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee reporting, manage projects, and ensure smooth execution of key initiatives.
Supplier & Partnership Management: Monitor supplier contracts, optimise commercial terms, and support new partnership deals.
What You’ll Bring

5+ years in UK personal/commercial motor insurance, ideally in a trading or operations role.
Strong knowledge of motor insurance pricing, market trends, and commercial levers.
Analytical mindset with experience in MI reporting, contract management, and financial performance analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate at board level.
A proactive, structured, and commercially driven approach.
