Job Title: Innovation Developer (LLM/POC)
Location: Remote
Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35)
Daily Rate: Circa £800 per day

What You Bring:

Innovation Background: Experience in an innovation or product team, ideally with exposure to both large organisations and startup environments.
POC Development: Proven track record of developing prototypes and POCs that translate complex ideas into workable solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills and experience with a variety of languages and frameworks relevant to the project needs.
Emerging Technology Experience: Hands-on experience with advanced technologies such as AI / LLMs / SLMs
Cloud and DevOps Understanding: Basic knowledge of cloud services and DevOps principles to support efficient development and deployment processes.
Design Capability: Design skills that contribute to the development of user-friendly interfaces and enhance the user experience of prototypes.
Agile Expertise: Proficiency with agile development methodologies and a track record of working in fast-paced, iterative environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Prototype Development: Design and build scalable prototypes and POCs that showcase new ideas and integrate AI with full-stack systems.
AI Implementation: Develop and deploy AI/ML models to gain insights from energy data, optimising operations and enhancing customer experiences.
Full-Stack Solutions: Architect end-to-end solutions, ensuring seamless integration and peak performance across technologies.
Innovative Problem Solving: Leverage technologies like predictive analytics and machine learning to solve complex challenges in the energy sector.
Agile Methodology: Use agile practises to produce high-quality code quickly and facilitate continuous feedback and improvement.
Cloud & DevOps: Manage applications in cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
Knowledge Sharing: Mentor team members and share expertise in emerging technologies, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
