Job Requisition ID # 25WD86727 We’re looking for ahighly motivated and experienced Digital and eCommerce SalesManager to lead Digital Sales in EMEA. This person will exceed thedigital and ecommerce objectives. These include billings,subscribers, traffic, conversion rates and customer experiencemetrics. In addition, this person will lead the digital andeCommerce projects in collaboration with international teams, beingresponsible for identifying local platform improvements, drivingnew customer acquisition and customer retention projects that drivetowards Autodesk’s digital goals. This person will report into theSenior Director for the Route to Market Team for Digital eCommerce.The ideal candidate is customer-oriented with excellent eCommerceand digital marketing skills, and deep expertise in the EMEAeCommerce market. This position is highly cross-functional –working closely with global team’s key stakeholders, businesspartners and the senior management team. Partner organizationsinclude Channel and inside sales, Product Marketing, ProductDevelopment, Demand Generation, Digital Acquisition (SEO, SEM,Display, social media) and Affiliate Marketing. To be successful inthis role, you will need the ability to successfully strategize,plan, collaborate, influence and speak to both business andtechnical teams. You must be able to work independently, definecreative solutions, and have a history of successful ecommerce andpaid media experience. As an innovative, results-drivenprofessional, with a proven track record of significant salesgrowth, you will have a solid understanding of the digital customerexperience. Responsibilities - Actively lead efforts to exceeddigital and eCommerce sales goals in EMEA. - Relentlessly drive forlocalized digital experiences that drive engagement and increaseconversion. - Work with senior leadership and business partners tohelp create long term eCommerce & digital strategy with theEMEA Region. Be the voice of EMEA in all aspects of the digitalbusiness. - Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization forkey business drivers such as promotions, site merchandising, anddigital marketing. - Partner with marketing teams to executefull-funnel customer experiences, including paid and ownedmarketing, to deliver on sales goals. - Collaborate with internalpartners across Autodesk to create innovative solutions that drivea superior customer experience and path to purchase. - Integrateusability studies, customer feedback, research and market analysisinto testing and optimization plans to enhance customerssatisfaction and sales results. - Regularly report on progressagainst targets by providing both forecasts and local insight. -Make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. You’ll workwith your organization’s analytics, testing and optimization teamsas well as others across the company to acquire and understand thedata and your customer profile. Skills & Qualifications As agreat candidate for this role, you have… - 10+ years’ experience inB2B eCommerce and direct business in EMEA. - You have provenexperience in promotions, merchandising, and creating effectivecustomer web experiences on an eCommerce platform. - Salesexperience or close familiarity with the terminology and how salesteams work. - Strong communication skills and a highlycollaborative approach. Communication and influencing skills arecritical in this role. You listen, seek to understand, facilitatedifficult conversations, communicate your vision, and arecourageous with differing points of view. At times, you are willingto disagree and commit. - Experience with paid media ecosystem. -Data driven decision making skills. You have keen analytics skills,especially with Adobe Analytics. You understand and have experiencewith A/B and multivariate testing. You use data from multiplesources to drive meaningful decisions and actions. - Understandingand ability to manage key metrics, from traffic and purchaseconversion. You understand how each of these impacts your abilityto meet goals and know how to influence them. - A customerexperience perspective. You are familiar with all the componentsthat make up a great web experience: Visual Design, UX, Content,Paid Media, SEO, Social, and many more. - Business and Financeacumen. You regularly report against sales targets and understandthe local elements that contribute to the business (bothquantitative and qualitative). - Experience and comfort working ina team that is based in geographically diverse locations. -Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
