Great opportunity for a quantitative Associate Director who is keen to make their mark and progress towards Director level. Our client works across industries including media & entertainment, retail, food & drink, toys, games, gaming, sport, and charities both in the UK and internationally. They have a passion for research that goes beyond the client brief, conducting bespoke research for clients. With growth across sectors, territories, and approaches, they are investing in bigger picture bespoke projects and agenda-setting studies.

They seek a talented Associate Director with a strong quantitative background to play an instrumental role in the agency. This broad and varied role involves leading projects, managing a small team, building strong client relationships, and helping to shape the company's future alongside the CEO, MD, and your qualitative counterpart. Your voice will be heard, and you can make a genuine impact.

This small, agile team works across various methodologies (qual, quant, traditional, innovative) to understand dynamic audiences. You will have opportunities to explore emerging methodologies and integrate findings from mixed-method projects to provide actionable insights for clients.
