  • Providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making within the Human Capital department.
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Developing and maintaining financial models to predict future business performance.
  • Working closely with the HR team to understand workforce planning assumptions.
  • Analysing financial data to identify trends and potential risks.
  • Presenting financial findings to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Continually improving financial processes and systems within the Human Capital department.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure financial alignment across the organization.

A successful Human Capital FP&A Analyst should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or economics as well as an Accounting Qualification.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance professionals.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and systems would be an advantage.
