Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Solutions Architect (Senior Services Consultant) to join our growing team. This senior-level role is key to driving client success by designing and implementing tailored HubSpot solutions that align with their business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, leveraging your deep technical expertise in HubSpot’s suite of tools to create innovative solutions and drive measurable results.


Key Responsibilities:


Solution Design: Architect custom HubSpot solutions, including integrations and advanced workflows, to meet client-specific requirements.

Client Consultation: Partner with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and technical landscapes, providing strategic recommendations.

Implementation: Lead and oversee the implementation of HubSpot solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and best practices.

Technical Expertise: Serve as the go-to HubSpot expert, offering guidance on advanced features, data architecture, and integrations.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver seamless solutions.

Process Optimisation: Develop and document best practices, workflows, and tools to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Training & Enablement: Train clients and internal team members on HubSpot tools, features, and best practices.

Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in HubSpot implementation, CRM/marketing technology consulting, or a similar role.

Certification: HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub) are required. Advanced certifications are a strong plus.

Technical Skills: Expertise in HubSpot’s CRM, marketing automation, integrations, APIs, and data management.

Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to design and implement solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide clients and internal teams.

Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering solutions.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
