HR Systems Manager

Worcestershire

£38,000 - £46,000

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive HR Systems and Data Manager to take the lead in maintaining and enhancing HR systems that underpin operational delivery and data-driven decision-making.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing system updates, including scheduling, testing, and implementation in collaboration with system providers. Beyond maintenance, you’ll champion ongoing improvement — identifying opportunities to enhance functionality and leading the rollout of approved changes.

As a subject matter expert, you’ll provide technical and operational support to users, ensuring they get the most out of the system. You’ll also play a key role in data reporting and management, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.

This is a dynamic role that involves working closely with stakeholders to identify evolving needs and translate them into practical, effective solutions. It’s ideally suited to someone with excellent IT and analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.

If you're energised by systems improvement, data integrity, and supporting people through technology, this could be a great fit.

This article walks you through the formula, examines the forces pushing data‑science pay ever higher, and offers five concrete actions to boost your market value within ninety days.
