HR Systems Analyst / Data Analyst - SuccessFactors - Remote

The Opportunity

We are looking for an HR / Peoples Systems Analyst with experience in SuccessFactors / SAP HR Systems and a background in Data Analysis to be part of a large HR Shared Service Centre. The company recently implemented SuccessFactors and is continuing to roll out new modules, providing a great opportunity to learn and expand your skill set. This is a remote role with occasional travel to Liverpool, expected once or twice a year.

The Role

A key part of the role is designing and building dashboards and reports using SuccessFactors User Stories, SAP Query Manager 4, and SAP Analytics Cloud to analyze HR-related data, extract insights, identify trends, and suggest improvements.

You will need to be technically minded, acting as the interface between HR, IT, and the business. You will manage data feeds and system integrations, and support HR system queries.

There will be opportunities for project work, and as an expert in SuccessFactors, you will represent the team in system implementations and suggest system improvements.

  • HR Data Management - maintaining data and building reports
  • Management Information / MI & Reporting - designing and developing reports using SuccessFactors User Stories, SAP Analytics Cloud, and QM4
  • People Systems Management - administering and customizing SuccessFactors
  • Documenting system change requests and working with IT
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of system enhancements
  • System administration of SuccessFactors / SAP HR Systems

The Person

  • Experienced HR Systems / Data Analyst with strong technical skills
  • Proven experience with SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Benefits, LMS
  • Experience with SuccessFactors User Story Reports and SAP Analytics Cloud is preferred
  • Ability to test and document system changes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of system workflows
