Location: Our Client, Education Sector
Contract Type: Permanent
Annual Salary: £38,249 - £42,882 (Opportunity to progress to £46,735)
Working Pattern: Full Time

Are you ready to take your HR systems expertise to the next level? Our client, a prominent player in the education sector, is seeking a dynamic HR Systems and Data Manager to join their Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the effective management and development of HR systems.

What You'll Do:

As the HR Systems and Data Manager, you will lead the way in optimising the university's HR systems, ensuring they meet operational, strategic, and statutory requirements. Your role will include:

System Management: Oversee system upgrades and performance testing while ensuring audit compliance and access management.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for system enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
User Engagement: Develop a user group to gather feedback and ensure HR functionalities in iTrent and Stonefish meet stakeholder needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the IT Change Advisory Board to schedule updates with minimal disruption.
Reporting: Provide expert guidance on data management and reporting, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all HR systems.

Detail-Oriented: Your keen eye for detail ensures that data integrity and compliance are never compromised.

Project Management Pro: You have a knack for managing projects and training users, ensuring everyone is equipped to succeed.
Qualifications: CIPD level 5
