HR Data Quality Specialist


Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join their Human Resources team as an HR Data Analyst. In this role, you will contribute to preparing the HR department for AI integration by improving data quality, optimising Workday processes, and building AI awareness across the HR team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy individual passionate about HR, data and emerging technologies to contribute to their digital transformation journey.


Key Responsibilities

Data Quality Improvement

  • Assess and clean HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness
  • Work with HR team members to identify data gaps and implement solutions
  • Establish processes to maintain high-quality data and robust storage practices


Workday Process Optimisation

  • Support the HR Systems team to analyse current Workday workflows and identify areas for enhancement
  • Help design, document and test updated and new processes
  • Ensure Workday processes align with AI-readiness goals


AI Upskilling and Awareness

  • Help create and deliver training sessions to develop the HR team's AI skills
  • Research and share relevant HR AI best practices and trends
  • Serve as a contact point for HR team members seeking guidance on technology initiatives


Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in AI pilot projects and provide feedback
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into HR processes
  • Support the Business Improvement Committee with automation and AI solutions


Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or a degree in a technology-related field
  • Strong interest in HR technology and AI
  • Excel and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts and business applications
  • Familiarity with Workday
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial
