As a Reporting Analyst for our client you will maintain and support the ATS/BI tools to ensure data accuracy and effective reporting. You will create reports and queries, provide data analysis to support decision-making, and follow procedures to validate and update HR records. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential, with the ability to navigate ATS/CRM data. You’ll work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with teams to improve reporting processes, while ensuring high standards of service and aligning with Hudson RPO's values.
What will you be doing ?
Maintain and support the ATS/BI tools to ensure effective data management and reporting across the organization.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the ATS/BI tools.
Create standard and ad hoc reports and queries to meet business needs.
Provide data summaries and statistical analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making
Follow established procedures to update, validate, and correct HR records and data as required.
Prepare user documentation and training materials for internal teams.
Handle moderately complex issues and escalate more challenging problems to senior team members.

What will you bring to the role?
Advanced skills in Excel; experience with BI tools (such as Power BI) is essential
Ability to work independently under general supervision and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is essential.
Experience with Power BI (essential).
Experience with HR & CRM systems is desirable.
