Are you an experienced Data Analyst looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience working on Hire to Retire value streams?
Here at ARM, we are recruiting for a full-time, permanent Data Analyst position for a global IT services and consultancy client.

Responsible for:
Mapping and analyzing data, creating reports, and providing data insights to enable data integration, management, and cleansing within the Hire to Retire value stream. This involves analyzing data from diverse sources, exploring and visualizing data, conducting statistical analysis, and managing version control.
Scope:
This role covers all data within the Hire to Retire value stream. You will design and implement data flows connecting production and analytical systems, create solution and data-flow diagrams, and document processes to support governance and maintenance. Ensure compliance with change and release management procedures.
Responsibilities:
Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, etc.).
Map, clean, and process data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends, providing recommendations for master data management.
Present findings clearly to stakeholders for actionable insights.
Collaborate with IT and system users to understand business requirements and ensure data accessibility and integrity.
Maintain data security and ensure compliance with industry standards such as GDPR.
Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, optimize performance.
Document data processes and workflows for technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data analysis within at least two large-scale HR system replacement projects involving data migration (preferably with SAP SuccessFactors and Sage People).
Experience working with data across the Hire to Retire value stream.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (preferably Power BI).
Ability to handle large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
Excellent communication skills for presenting data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to interpret data, ensure accuracy, and identify inconsistencies.
Critical thinking skills for evaluating data objectively.
Eagerness to learn and stay updated with new data technologies.
