This flexible role offers a variety of shift patterns and the option to work at multiple sites, with a primary focus on healthcare assistants inCrewe.

Shift Patterns Available (these will vary from site to site):
8:00 - 15:00
15:00 - 22:00
22:00- 08:00
12:00- 16:00
15:00- 19:00

Requirements & Essentials:

* You must reside within a maximum of 10 miles from postcode CW2 6NA.
* Please note, this position requires candidates who are comfortable with last minute shifts and are flexible to work across 7 days.

* Minimum 6 Months UK experience working in a similar support setting
Experience and awareness of safeguarding
* Comfortable with housekeeping, cleaning and basic food preparation
* Able to provide 2 years reference history
* Overseas police check.

About the Role:
* As a care assistant, you will work together with other staff in the running of the household. You will aim to maintain high standards of care and service towards customers, relatives, visitors and other members of staff. You will be providing a range of personal and practical care to our residents.

Duties & Skills:
* Demonstrate compassion, empathy and a person-centred approach to caring for older people.
* Self-motivated, resilient and well-organised
* Able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the household.
* Aid, personal care, activities and companionship to residents
* Assist with mealtimes and safe moving
* Maintain accurate records for each resident
* Be alert to residents' needs, health and wellbeing
* Excellent communication and written skills.
* Committed to providing a high standard of care, promoting dignity and respect.
* Previous experience working within an elderly care setting.
* Team player but able to work on your own initiative.
* Dependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the Home.
