The role:

Create the world’s most interactive and engaging learning experiences for the next generation of talent.

We are looking for ahands-on Head of productto bring to life Goodwall’s vision, spearhead ourproduct roadmap,and leadgrowthandexperimentation. This role requires atechnical, data-driven, and execution-focused builder,with a growth mindset, who is comfortable overseeing a team ofengineers, product designers, product managers, data analysts,andgrowth marketersto bring innovative, scalable solutions to life. You would report directly to Goodwall’s founders. We are looking for a seasoned Head of Product who is ready toroll up their sleevesand drive projects forwardhands-on.

What you’ll do:

Product Leadership

  • Lead on the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, iterating based on data and user insights. Establish best-in-class product management processes, including backlog management, agile sprint planning, and user feedback loops.
  • Work closely with engineering to make technical trade-offs, define scalable architectures, and ensure fast, high-quality releases.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to refine the product strategy, leveraging A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback.
  • Develop strong internal relationships, in a collaborative and cross-functional manner, especially with our Partnerships team to align product features with business goals.


Growth and Engagement

  • Design, develop and monitor growth-driven product experiments and features to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals, ensuring users get value quickly and keep coming back.
  • Optimize the user experience (UX/UI) to drive engagement and retention.
  • Oversee and grow our Student Ambassador and Creator Referral Experiences to drive network effects.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, data, and community teams to develop growth experiments and optimize key funnels.
  • Define, track, and optimize key product and growth KPIs, notably on acquisition, activiation, retention and referrals, ensuring we hit ambitious targets.


Who you are:

  • 7+ years of hands-on product and growth leadership experience, preferably in a fast-growing app.
  • Strong leadership skills—able to drive consensus, execute a strategic product vision, and align stakeholders.
  • High-energy, growth mindset—hungry to learn, hardworking, and kind.
  • Experience with or strong familiarity with building and scaling high-growth, data-driven apps.
  • Experience with game design, gaming, gamification.
  • Technical mindset—comfortable working with engineers, understanding constraints, and making trade-offs.
  • End-to-end product development—from ideation and MVPs to scaling successful features.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices and conversion optimization.
  • Cross-functional collaboration—especially with Partnerships teams, ensuring alignment with business and impact goals.
  • Strong analytical skills—experienced in A/B testing, data analysis, and experimentation.
  • Hands-on —not just a strategist, but someone who executes.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments—able to pivot and iterate quickly.
  • Growth-focused product development—expertise in driving user acquisition, activation, and retention.
