About the role
This position is central to shaping digital product best practices, embedding a product operating model, and delivering market-leading products within our digital product team. As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a leader who can drive digital transformation, ensuring our products exceed the expectations of educators and learners worldwide.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and overseeing the execution of a commercially-driven strategy for Digital Insight products and services.
  • Leading the development of digital testing systems that provide valid and reliable insights.
  • Supporting and developing a high-performing Digital Insights Product Management team within a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborating with fellow Heads of Product and stakeholders to enhance product processes and standards.
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement through a customer-first approach to product development.
    About you
    We are seeking a strategic and collaborative professional who is passionate about the power of education. You will bring experience in product development methodologies and a track record of managing successful digital products. You will have led diverse teams through complex projects and demonstrated the ability to cultivate inclusive, innovative, and high-performing environments.
    You will be a creative thinker with strong analytical and negotiation skills, capable of integrating people, processes, and technology to drive meaningful change. A solid understanding of global education and assessment practices, along with experience in digital assessment and data tools, is essential. Familiarity with data analytics products is a plus, enabling you to lead the development of advanced digital solutions that deliver actionable insights to educators and learners.
