Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the technology vision supports the business strategy.
• Develop and implement technology initiatives across the organisation.
• Maintain existing enterprise systems and ensure their optimal performance.
• Provide leadership and direction on all technology-related matters.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and management of technology projects.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to technology.
• Build and grow the team.
• Communicate with stakeholders and senior management.

Key Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of computer systems.
• Broad expertise in data processing, hardware infrastructures, enterprise software, and third-party systems.
• Hands-on experience with system networking, database management, software development, and user support.
• Familiarity with business theory, operational processes, management practices, budgeting, and office functions.
• Strong grasp of project management methodologies.
• Proven track record in leveraging technology to solve business challenges.
• Extensive expertise in solutions and data architecture design.
